Questions & Answers

F.A.Q.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 1, 2028 using the RSVP page. Search for your name exactly as it appears on your invitation.

I can't find my name on the RSVP page.

Try your full first name as written on your invitation (for example, “Robert” rather than “Bob”). If you still can't find it, reach out to Rachel or Ethan directly and we'll sort it out.

Can I bring a guest?

Because of limited space, we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. If you've been offered a plus-one, you'll see the option when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones, but we've chosen to make our celebration an adults-only evening. We hope you enjoy a night off!

What should I wear?

Black tie optional. Floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, and dark suits or tuxedos are perfect. Parts of the evening may be outdoors, so plan for the weather and bring a wrap.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM to park and find your seat.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Both are at The Olana, 1851 Turbeville Road, Hickory Creek, Texas 75065. See The Day for a map and directions.

Which airport should I fly into?

Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) is about 30 minutes from the venue. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about 40 minutes away.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available on-site. Rideshare is also easy to arrange from the Dallas area.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We're having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras put away so you can be fully present with us. Our photographer will capture everything, and we'll share the photos here afterward. Snap away at the reception!

I have a dietary restriction. What should I do?

Let us know on your RSVP. There's a spot for each guest to share allergies or dietary needs.
